Jules first discovered meditation 13 years ago, where she was captivated by finding peace and stillness within.

Jules’ unique and holistic approach to her yoga teaching weaves together mindful movement, story, stillness, and rest. Her work regularly supports companies looking to enhance staff wellbeing, sometimes with children and frequently in clinical healthcare settings.

She also runs small yoga therapy groups and workshops to support people’s wombs and hormonal health.



2010 – began practising yoga
2015 – completed 300 hour teacher training
2020 – 550 hour yoga therapy diploma
